HOUSE PICKUP
For an additional $10 to your monthly rate, we’ll come to your door and pickup your trash for you.
Offer available to customers with disabilities and/or extended driveways.
* Extra fee charged for large amounts of waste.
* Please, no rocks, dirt, paint, oils, or animal carcasses.
* Toter & recycling bin provided upon request at sign-up.
Other Service Terms:
Holiday Pickup:
Ace Refuse of Winchester works all holidays except for two: Christmas and Thanksgiving. If your scheduled pickup day falls on either of those two days, your next scheduled pickup day will be the following business day.
Inclement Weather:
In case of inclement weather, Ace Refuse will not work during that time. This would include icy road conditions, heavy snowstorms, etc. If our trucks are already en route, we will pull our trucks in for the safety of our customers and our drivers. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. We will resume your pick up the following business day, as weather permits.
